1 T vegetable oil
3 1/2 to 4 lb boneless pork shoulder roast
1 can (10 1/2 oz) Campbells Condesed French Onion Soup
1 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup cider Vinegar
3 T packed brown sugar
12 round sandwhich rolls, spilt
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add roast and cook until browned. Place roast in slow cooker.
Mix soup, ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar. Pour over roast.
Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours/High 4-5 hours or until roast is fork tender.
Remove roast from cooker and let stand 10 minutes. Shred pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to cooker. Divide pork mixture and sauce among rolls.
This is great easy dish to serve to a big group. I have skipped the first step and put the roast straight in the slow cooker and it turned out great.
